Location:  About 2.5nm NW to NNW of Otterburn Camp

Period of operation:  Unknown?

Runways:  11/29   380   hard           05/23   270   hard

NOTE:  We have to thank Mr Karel Adams, a great friend of this 'Guide', for pointing out this location. Neither of us know what it should be called, or indeed anything about its history. I would guess it was first used by Army Auster AOP types? Perhaps more likely when the Army started operating the DHC.2 Beaver? Plus of course, from 1989 for a while, the Army also operated Britten-Norman Islanders.

So, presumably, this site reflects fixed wing operations?

Possibly or probably since used by Army helicopters engaged on large scale exercises?

As always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.
