Rushley Farm

Note: This map only gives an estimated location. Any advice will be most welcome.

RUSHLEY FARM: Temporary aerodrome?

Operated by: Alan Cobham’s 1932 National Aviation Day UK Tour, Cobham’s 1933 No.2 Tour and Cobham’s 1935 No.2 Tour

Location: Derby Road, S of Mansfield

Period of operation: 13th May 1932, 19th September 1933 and 18th September 1935

NOTES: The exact venue for the 1933 No.2 Tour isn’t known it seems so I’m guessing they also used the Derby Road site?
