Note:  These four pictures were obtained from Google Earth ©

Location:  Just N of junction 16 on the M.1, about 4.5nm W of Northampton town centre

Period of operation:  Unknown, but it appears, certainly 2009 to 2010

Runway:  2009 =  10/28   270   grass              2010 =  10/28   225   grass

NOTES:  Found myself a bit quandrified here. The only two pictures on Google Earth I could find, (2009 and 2010), shows a remarkable difference. In 2005 there is nothing, and the same in 2017. But, as can be seen, a hangar had been installed, so presumably intended for a much longer period of operation?

If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated. Plus of course, any pictures will always be most welcome.
