Does the 1999 picture show evidence of this location first being used? That small rectangle seems to be clue?

Operated by:  Kesteven Model Flyers

Location: Just W of Welbourn village, about 9nm E of Newark-on-Trent town centre and roughly 10nm S to SSW of Lincoln city centre

Period of operation:  Unknown? Possibly from the late 1990s?

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for providing this location.

As often mentioned elsewhere in this 'Guide', the development of powered aeroplanes would not have been possible without model aeroplanes to prove the concepts, going back to the nineteenth century. So, I am very keen to include modern model flying sites in this 'Guide'.
