Note:  All of these pictures were obtained from Google Earth ©

The last picture shows the location situated between the Otmoor rifle range to the west, and Horton-cum-Studley to the east.

Location: About 1nm WNW of Horton-cum-Studley, roughly 6nm NE of Oxford city centre

Period of operation:   1990s (?) to -

Runway:  Appears to vary over time:   15/33   640 to 730    grass

NOTES:  If anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.

In July 2022, with the help of Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', this listing has been changed from OT MOOR to WESTFIELD FARM. He also tells us that the Auster 5, G-ALBK has been based here, possibly from March 2016?

OtMoor small arms range just to the west of this airstrip has an advisory 'avoid' zone of 1200m radius up to 500ft agl; rifle shooting up to 7.62mm calibre. Visible in the second and the last photos.
