Location:  Just SW of West End, roughly 0.5nm W of Wickwar village on the B4060, 4nm N of Yate town centre and 12nm NE of Bristol city centre

Period of operation:  1990s (?) to -

Runways:  1999 -    09/27   370   grass           02/22   230   grass          14/32   140   grass

        From 2005 -    09/27   370   grass           11/29   270   grass          14/32   140   grass

NOTES:  I only discovered this site in December 2020, but it appears to have been in operation since the 1990s at least. And what a great layout it so sensibly has, with three runways to cater for landing into wind in most weathers. Presumably experience taught the lesson for changing the layout of the runways early in the 21st century.

As always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer more advice, this will be most welcome,
