Operated by:  The Bedford Gliding and Flying Club

Location: Roughly adjacent to the A6, about 4.5nm S to SSE of Bedford town centre

Period of operation:  1930s only?

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for providing some evidence of this gliding club.

To date, (May 2022), scant evidence appears to exist, except that the members built a 80x50ft hangar. So, clearly quite a going concern in its time.

If anybody can kindly offer more advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
