Operated by:   Wingland Airfield

Location:  About 4nm ENE of Holbeach town centre and roughly 12.5nm WNW of King's Lynn town centre

Period of operation:  Early 2000s to -

Runways:  03/21   250   grass            07/25   200   grass             14/32   240   grass

NOTES:  It really is great to see airfields such as this being established in the 21st century. It appears that as well as microlights this venue is also popular with paramotors too. To my mind, these branches of aviation help to relive to adventures of the earlist days of aviation - albiet a lot more safely.

As always in this 'Guide, if anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome. Plus of course, pictures are always appreciated.
