NOTES: After this 'Guide' became live in 2015, without any 'launch' as such, it was astonishing how many people latched onto it. And, thankfully, the response was very encouraging and positive - even by people pointing out my mistakes - which thankfully have been few so far. I had an e-mail from Ken Lane which sorted out this location.
