Location: Just E of SPILSTEAD FARM airstrip, just W/NW of Sedlescombe village and 6nm NNW of Hastings town centre
Period of operation: 2019/20 to -
Runway: 01/19 460 grass
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. There is no sign, (in 2022), of a hangar, but of course a great many airstrips don't have one. If anybody can kindly offer advice and information, this will be much appreciated.
The southern ends of the runway here and at SPILSTEAD FARM are very close, and the potential for conflicting traffic seems to be an issue?
