Glanusk Park

GLANUSK PARK: Private airstrip

Location: In/near Crickhowell on the A40 about 6nm WNW of Abergavenny

Runway: Estimated as 11/29 grass

NOTES: Info source AAIB report EW/G2010/04/22.

At the time of making this entry, in December 2016, the Google Earth image (August 2016) showed a major festival under way - possibly the Green Man Festival. However, it was pretty clear that once the venue had been cleared up there were several potential places which could be used by a light aircraft. If anybody can kindly offer advice on this it will be most welcome.
