Operated by:   Jonjo O'Neill Racing

Location:  Just ENE of Ford village on the B4077, about 6nm WNW to NW of Stow-on-the-Wold town centre, and also about 9nm SSE of Evesham town centre

Period of operation:  From around 2004/5 to -

NOTES:  We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location.

It has always surprised me that when reports are made about the state of British industry and major commercial concerns, I hear nothing about the horse racing 'industry' and other horse related associated activities in the UK. It really is a concentration of immense wealth. So why doesn't it figure in reports about the state of the British economy? One report I have found says that British horse racing alone involved £3.4 billion in 2023.

But of course that doesn't include all the stabling and training facilities required. Plus of course no estimate has been made, as far as I can see, of all the facilities involved in the multitude of pony/horse activities and enterprises employed in serving the sport/pleasure aspects.
