NOTES:  In September 2020 Mr Michael T Holder, a great friend of this 'Guide', told me he had found this strip whilst looking at Google Earth to add a picture to his additions to the CHICKERELL/WEYMOUTH aerodrome listing. This airfield being just SE of this airstrip.

As so often happens over the years, I have driven past this airstrip a few times on the B3157 over the last twenty years, (forty years plus in fact but presumably it hasn't been there that long?), but had no idea of its existence. As always in this 'Guide', if anybody can kindly offer advice, this will be most welcome.

In 2022 Mr Graham Frost, another great friend of this 'Guide', informed me that the X'Air 582(1) G-BYTR had been based here. This was initially registered to Mr Anthony P Roberts and Mr Robert Dunn from 05.10.99 until 16.06.04. It was then re-registered soley to Mr Robert Dunn, at this address from 16.06.04 until 29.09.07.
