Location: Just N of Mill Street and Gislingham. 5.5nm SSW to SW of Diss town centre and roughly 14nm NE of Bury-St-Edmunds town centre
Period of operation: Unknown. Possibly during 2007 only?
Runway: 17/35 590 grass
NOTES: We have Mr Graham Frost, a great friend of this 'Guide', to thank for pointing out this location. He had found an advert for a property in MILL STREET, with an airstrip and hangar. The only sign of an airstrip that I could find on Google Earth was dated 2007, and that didn't show an obvious hangar. Was it ever used?
