Location: 3nm NE of Bognor Regis

Period of operation: 1933 to 1936 only?

 

NOTES: Records show that Avro 504K G-EBQR was sold to Aviation Tours of Yapton in 1933 without a valid Cof A. Did they operate it? National Aviation Day Displays operated the Westland Wessex G-EBXK from here in 1935 and possibly 1936.

Hi, I am.looking for photos or documents pertaining to the disused canal. It occurred to me that as part runs near Ford Airfield then there may be such items possible even aerial photos available. Have looked at typical sites. Just contacting you on the off chance. Kind regards, Andrew. The Burndell Bridge Society.
